Il semblerait que nous ayons une nouvelle filiale de l’ECHL, les Bloomington Bison


Les Bisons sont une équipe d’expansion de l’ECHL qui jouera à Bloomington, dans l’Illinois. Ils seront géographiquement plus proches des Wolves, ce qui permettra à tous nos espoirs de rester dans la même zone. Ce n’est pas une mauvaise décision à cet égard. Les Rangers ont également annoncé une affiliation avec les Bisons en mai dernier. Du moins pour le moment, il s’agira d’une affiliation partagée, car il n’y a que 29 équipes de l’ECHL.

    What a convenient split for the prospects since they will all end up playing for both teams anyway

    I will die by the statement that ECHL teams have the coolest logos and names. A good combination of beer league & professional.

    Not an affiliate, it’s an agreement like the Hurricanes had with the Admirals. But at least this one is closer to the Wolves

    This makes me wish all the more that Augusta (GA) would hurry the hell up and finish the new arena so we can get an ECHL expansion team. Each NHL team should have it’s own affiliate in the E.

    I would love for that team to be an affiliate of the Hurricanes

    Woah. I went to college at Illinois State University in neighboring Normal whose club team plays in the same arena the Bison will be playing at, and now I live in North Carolina. So I appreciate this connection. Bloomington had some short lived USHL teams, and I hope their ECHL team can last.
