    I’m actually kind of shocked by this. Attendance is low (lowest in the league if hockeydb is right). Ticket prices have stupid high fees. Most of the time with promos it’s cheaper to attend the Iowa Wild in Des Moines and at the cheaper USHL Roughriders in Cedar Rapids.

    I’m having a hard time finding recent stats but based on old data and in arena guesstimates, I’d bet the USHL Roughriders in Cedar Rapids have a bigger crowd most of the time.

    That seems to be good news: there were inklings of financial troubles with the Heartlanders and some major financial problems with the Devlin-owned Des Moines Buccaneers. (USHL)
