Insane that we haven’t won a series since 2018 and are still #1 based on the metrics. We were so spoiled. Hopefully we can get back in there this season to stay on top
I think it’s inarguable, TBH. However, I do agree that Tampa Bay, not Chicago, is second on that list.
Before the playoff streak ended Penguins had the most consecutive playoffs appearances of all sports not just hockey. During that run 4 trips to the Stanley Cup finals and winning 3, and add a back to back Cup championship. I know the last few years have been disappointing, but you can’t find a lot hockey fan bases that have the privilege to enjoy that!
