I do not,I repeat , do not want to lose Swayman.If I was the Bruins GM, I would be seeing what I could get for him in trade if there is an over pay,he would be traded. I think that it is pure greed on both sides. Jumpin jiminy They could not find a number over 3 months?

This is an All Bruins mistake . Before sighing off on free agents, they needed to sign off on their own RFA before the free agency period. You sign off on fat free agent contracts and tell Swayman this is all we can give you which obviously is below market value because your cap space is super limited now . Why should Swayman be loyal to the Bruins . The Bruins tried to strong arm Swayman . That’s obvious. While Detroit tried to negotiate with their RFA’s all summer , the Wings cleared cap space to accommodate their own players first . Thats the right way to do it . The Bruins are notorious in trying to strong arm players. Ask Bobby Orr , their best player of all time . This is all on the Bruins
