Vancouver Canucks just won their last 3x games in a row. They're more than a mid team. They just had a non-ideal start. Bear in mind too, that their first 2x losses were in OT and a shootout as well. They should be put in the 'good' tier, especially since their new acquisitions are gelling really well, and Kevin Lankinen is in GOD mode right now.
And all due respect, no way are the Toronto Maple Leafs a 'good team'. They're definitely 'mid tier', especially since they lost 6-2 to Columbus lol, and just lost 5-1 to Craig Berube's ex-employers. Fact is, they're stagnant. They're not going to improve, because it's their player base that's the reason. Auston Matthews has so far failed spectacularly as captain.
