  1. Oilers win? Sure. Obliterated? Give me a break. Both teams can come out ok. Plus with Thompson, Tuch, Cozens locked and Quinn, Peterka, Kulich, Rosen, Ostlund, Helenius to follow, where’s the room?

  2. The Sabres have a couple prospects that can do what Savoie can do. They want NHL ready guy now.

  3. Yeah I don't think it's a bad one it's sad to see McLeod go because he has potential it's just he doesn't produce what the oilers need. Overall I wouldn't say obliterated on this one

  4. Good trade for both teams Sabres get a nhl ready player oilers get a solid prospect bolstering their weak prospect pool

  5. Welp… This has aged well… Savoie couldnt make the roster that needed talented depth meanshile McLeod has been a play driver leading to an exciting 3rd line that has now shown he can fill in for Thompson…

  6. 17 games into the 24-25 season McLeod has 5 goals, 6 assists.
Savoie, in the AHL still developing.
Sabres got what they wanted a now guy, they have plenty of potential later guys.

  7. You didn't even spell Sabres the correct way fool. McLeod has 5 goals and 6 assists in 17 games and is a +7. He is probably the fastest player on the team and one of their best defensive forwards.

  8. Care to revisit this? Not a great take, was it? I mean, you sounded so sure of yourself and so arrogantly confident in what you were saying…

  9. This one aged like milk. We get an NHL starter who is among the top 5 in team scoring AND an AHL stater to help the farm club. We gave up a kid who hasn't gotten out of the WHL. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

  10. This clown should put out a retraction. Making such an outlandishly stupid statement and how’d that turn out?
