What about the true original Hawerchuk connection – Coach Arniel? Dale and Scotty played junior (Cornwall) together and both were drafted by Jets in 1981!
100% about the arts/entertainment indistry here. Not sure we truly appreciate it. Its a very eclectic fringe city and group of people.lsrgest fringe fest in North America. Most festivals in North America. Artists and Musicians all come here to fet their start. Same with restaurants being a restaurant test market. If winnipeggers like it then it will be successful elsewhere. We are tough graders. We also made most movies here this summer canada wide. Go Winnipeg! We have a ton to be proud about. 🎉❤🎉✈️✈️✈️
On topic of NCAA hockey, in my mind one has to be a student of that college to be on their team, whether its basketball or hockey or anything. So hss that changed? are these teams now just teams and how does it affect students of that college who do want a chance to play but get pushed out by an OHL player??? Valid concerns.
