Points bas de franchise pour les Devils du New Jersey

Honnêtement, tout était moche jusqu’à leur première apparition en séries éliminatoires en tant que Devils en 1988. 1. Should have included Lanny McDonald in lost asset. Colorado really messed up with that one.
And for Not in the Hall, I would have gone with John MacLean or Glen Resch. Chico was basically the Devils first fan favorite player and he wasn't too shabby in net. And John MacLean was THE captain before Scott Stevens was traded to the team, and he did hold the most point record before Elias broke it.

  2. I have to be thankful that KC and Colorado were so terrible. thankfully they sucked at the team ended up in the garden state

  3. Scott wanted to play with his brother . The devils offered him more

  4. So what you’re saying is that my Whalers once actually benefitted from bad drafting (getting Ronnie Franchise) instead of committing it (picking Sylvain Turgeon)? 🤯

  5. Team that came into the league 20 years after Toronto won a Stanley Cup, worse than the TO before becoming one of the most dominant teams in Hockey through the 90s and during their whole run never lost to a Zamboni Driver.

  6. Can definitely attribute the Columbus thing to scoring in general being lower but I do specifically remember some real bad losses in these last few years to Columbus

  7. NJD low point was when they blew a 2-0 lead in game 6 of the 1994 conference final with a chance to close out NYR & head to their 1st Cup final!! That led to Richter standing on his head which allowed Messier to back up his guarantee with the hat trick.

  8. Win or loose, and it still seems like more loosing now, still love the DEVILS. Will never gave the glamour of the Rangers or Flyers but this is NEW JERSEY 🤔🙀‼️

  9. I remember thinking "Poor Joe Cirella and Craig Wolanin". They played during the "mickey mouse" era of the mid 80's Devils… And the moment they started getting good, both got traded to Quebec, and suffered THEIR incredible drought of the late 80's/early 90's. Guys couldn't catch a break! LOL

  10. Denis Savard, Ron Francis, and RAY Bourque….
Wow. I did not know this. They would have been the next best team next to the Oilers most likey.

  11. Kansas City and Colorado was the low point. New Jersey did better and then the three Stanley Cups from 1995-2003 turned things around. Now's not as bad for New Jersey.
