A perfect example of aging out your core, while the rest of the league got better for the past few years. Cracks are showing and we went from retool to now stretching the surface of a rebuild.
A perfect example of this is Matt Martin resigning. Plenty of better options on the market with better talent and energy signing the same deal elsewhere.
Lou's been riding the coattails of Garth snow's core for way too long and all of his additions to it have been lackluster at best.
