Communication is key. Not just standing around with your arms crossed
The energy in the room seems so much different already. Love to see it.
Do I really know?
Hang in there boys and fans. It'll take more than a few games to reverse what Lalonde did in 3 years.
It’s easy to see Kane likes him. He likes fast practices and the level of intensity Todd brings and expects. We’ll see if Todd’s style can turn it around.
For the fans please turn this team around
The players polite inability to say "yeah (fill in the blank) that guy", whenever Gru is vaguely mentioned is refreshingly proffesional but mildly flustering.
Smells like a fire sale is imminent.
Stick control and passing needs some work but I believe and hope they rise above some changes are gonna happen in who remains on team we all see this
Pretty sad when our under 20 wjc team could whip our team full of millionaires
Going to my first wings game tomorrow hopefully we come out with the win. LGRW
It's nice to hear the reporters questions that's for sure!
We want LaLonde back!!!!
Like the tin man,…they need a heart
Does the team have a bet to see who can say "you know" in interviews the most? Hilarious. Go Wings.
I always thought he should have stayed in Detroit and inherited the job from Babcock.
I'm excited to see the change. Sounds like the push the boys need.
I'd like to see Kasper, Rayzer and Bergs on a line just to see what they can do. All three are pretty good at puck retrieval and keeping plays alive. Kasper looks like he's really close to finding his finish in front of the net. I really like his game. Rasmussen has his moments, but he should be running people over to get pucks back instead of trying to pass to the points and giving the puck away as much as he does. I think splitting Edvinsson and Seider is a good thing for a while–take some of the pressure off of them and let them start winning before they eat a tons of minutes against the league's best.
Glad to see and hear the boys reacting well to what McLellan and Yawney want from them 🐙
Glad to see coach McLellan back with the Wings, seems like the persona of the team has changed a bit already and everything he has mentioned is actionable. I am hoping it's a quick turnaround but just being realistic, maybe next year with some flashes in the pan of what to expect during the rest of this season. Really is a bummer, I liked Newsy and how he approached things (through the media).
