agree 100% he is even worse than ken holland. He is destroying the franchise now when they are rebuilding and i feel so sorry for them. He think draftpicks are garbage and money are unlimited. btw, can you please discuss the kings? they have NO draftpick that are doing decent. everyone says that they are doing great but where are they draftpicks?!?!?!?

I honestly miss Robert Hagg. Him and Risto are basically having the same season, but of course we had to burn money and draft picks for that

It honestly blows my mind how people think this is a bad deal. He literally took a PAYCUT to stay in Philly. And if you're actually watching the games, He's our 2nd or 3rd best Dman. Relax a little….
I saw something like this happening like 2 months ago, when they were on their second 10 game losing streak, and management said something to the effect of "we like what (Fletcher) is doing, he has an open checkbook to fix this. What he wants, he'll get, he will build this into a contender." Flyers owners are just not intelligent. I'm a pens fan, and I'm not even happy seeing stuff like this. Rivalries aren't fun when one team sucks, it feels like we're bullying a socially inept child when we play them.
Also, he wouldn't even have had a hand in the Penguins doing well. He came to the team in 2006? They had already drafted Fleury, Crosby, Malkin, and Letang. At best, he might have helped get them to draft Staal. But they had already got their core actually built before he got there.
I love how we give him credit for drafting Alex Tuch, but don’t mention how he is completely responsible for giving Tuch away to Vegas.
Fletcher will GUARANTEE the Flyers will be no better than Mediocre as long as he's there. He IS a Horrible GM.

Have to say. I'm bit sad for "Rasse". He will never get most out of his Potential. What he had from the start. "Thanks" buffalo, by potentially ruining Ristolainen's career before it propperly started.

Risto and sanheim are getting 1st line minutes. Hes our teams best RD, even tho the advanced analytics hate him. How does sanheim have a 94%WAR and the guy he plays next to literally every night is 1%. Something is wrong with that metric. Sanheim is not being traded, but it does open up the possibility provorov does get traded who was supposed to be our best RD. He is 5th in turnovers this season

These are the contracts Fletcher took on or gave out: Risto, Sanheim, Coutourier, Hayes, Ellis, Atkinson. They are all horrible long term contracts for guys who aren’t that good or are old and injured. Flyers are screwed for a long time
