  1. They really want Scott Laughton, the Oakville dude. The stickler is that they want a first-round draft pick. The leafs are looking for size. If they can get Scott Laughton that would be a tremendous addition

  2. Nick Roberson is going to the Philadelphia Flyers are the Dallas Stars. You can eliminate all the other options. Scott Laughton is a guy if they can't pull the trigger, then they're friendly management relationship with the Dallas Stars will bring in Madison Marchment and Sam Steele. Nick Robertson Pontius Holmberg and a prospect

  3. Sam Carrick is 32 year old 6'0 200 pounds C has 3 goals 6 assets and 9 points and 209 FOW and 58.7 FO% and 21 blocked shots and 72 hits and paid 1m aav for this season and two more seasons

  4. This could be leafs line if this trade rumors are true or not
    1st line
    Kines, Matthews, Marner
    2nd line
    max Pacioretty, JT, Nylander
    3rd line
McMann, Sam Carrick or Michael McCarron, Domi
    4th line
Steve Lorentz, Michael mccarron or Sam Carrick, Dewar
    Depth forwards
    Ryan Reaves

  5. Hopefully Nick Robertson will thrive on a better team. I hope all the best for him if he does move and about last nights loss I can’t wait for stolarz to come back. Woll is one heck of a goalie but tonight he looked a bit tired.

  6. Well Mathews and marner playing the right side against the Canes whick wanted to see how Nylander and would do which he played good and Mathews and Marner was down on defence side of the puck that lead to the defeat of couple bad goals by the woll and turnovers in there own zone that led to their defeat .

  7. Is Nick Robertsons play worth all this press. No. If he wants out lots of people want to play. Bring that young Russian kid back up. He hits, fights and is eager to play.

  8. Robertson needs actual icetime. He's proven it
When given 15plus minutes he plays and produces. Whe he gets some of the lowest minutes on the team…how is he to produce. Yet another kid we have developed will flourish eslewhere

  9. Like Darius, I'm a huge Nick Robertson fan and would love to see him stay, but he deserves to play and hopefully, he will end up on a team that values what he can bring. The Leafs may not be the best fit. I wish him the best of luck wherever he ends up.

  10. Very unwise to trade Robertson. He's fast, great shot and has skill and you want to swap for another old fart that isn't going to make an impact. Making a trade just because you people are bored with nothing to gossip about , doesn't mean it's the right thing for the leafs. Like Punch Imlach used to say, " a rowboat for a battleship" . And Robertson is one of the best guns in the league.

  11. You all are so wrong. Robertson is a small fry. He makes no difference in the bigger scheme of things. One of the Core 4 got to go. To much money paid fo players that give the same result that other teams with cheaper paid players are just as good or better. Imagine players making a million dollas orr less are able to give the core 4 a run for the money. This core 4 are not dominant. Trabslation, they don't live up to the hype. They struggle to beat mediorce teams. Hint, Austin Mathews ain't going nowhere. Tavares will give a big discount. Wink, Wink

  12. People might laugh but the leafs are a real true contender this year if healthy. They need some more offence from the bottom 6. I’d add Ryan strome

  13. Nick is playing better and there are teams with bigger players who need a goal scorer like him. Leafs need more toughness though.
