His bread and butter. Same way he's gotten all his goals. Same set up, same shot and wicked blast, no one is watching him, he's wide open and he's so accurate. He's aiming and not just blasting it. It's an art form just like how Joe sakics signature wrist shot. First game back he's scoring. Hope he stays healthy but the team couldn't capitalize today. Habs will make the playoffs for sure if they keep the momentum. Martin St. Louis is the perfect coach they need. Wish ever team had a St. Louis. He truly cares for his players and his teams success.

Laine doesn't really play, the van stands in the same place the whole time. when you look at the video, it looks like you can still feel the knock in your knee when you lift your right leg up after the shot and the goal in case it hurts
Tried to see the shot better with 0.25 speed…no, there was just the flash of stick and then the puck was in the net 😂❤. Edit. Just in the upper right corner, impossible for any but superhuman goalie.
The Habs should have picked up Jesse Puljujarvi on waivers. Puljujarvi and Laine on the same line would be interesting.
