There is no exceptions for ever cross checking someone in the head. Having said that, Garland was holding McDavid back for a good 30 seconds and no call was made by the Refs. The refereeing was absolutely appalling to a point where McDavid took his frustrations into his own hands. The Refs need to be retrained and manage the game appropriately without prejudice and discrimination.
Ryan is probably the best face off guy on the team. If he was only 6” taller and another 50 lbs and maybe a few years younger he’d be staying…. Always liked his hustle and his great attitude

In order to bring in Klingberg, the Oil needed to bury a salary in the minors and send J Brown down. They may still struggle to be within the cap.
