I like that when Joe takes a much deserved day off, his replacement is more than capable. Great play calling. Very good effort by the Leafs. They look confident and loose. Really hoping the points start flowing for Domi soon, he deserves it.

How many pucks did Marner retrievelast night? And how many plays did he extend with his sick moves through traffic, unreal vision, and perfect puck movement? He was a force on the PK too. Fun to watch, especially when he wasn’t afraid to get physical. Great signs all around! Go Leafs Go!
Heading into the game, Berube needed to have these guys ready to start on time. This was a big one, a litmus test. A divisional opponent trying to close the gap in the standings. It was an opportunity to create a bigger lead, and the guys delivered. Good signs. Keep it rolling boys. GLG!
