Quinn Hughes has two more years on his contract after this one, and there is no doubt in my mind that he will want to join his brothers in Jersey after the contract ends. The Canucks have to figure out pretty quick if they want to go all in and try to give themselves a chance to win while he is a Canuck or rebuild. If they go the rebuild route, there is no point keeping Hughes around, so they might as well trade him while his value is sky high. Yes, it's sad, but that is the reality…

As a Canucks fan I still have hope in the team getting a good trade for Miller & Will either clinch in that WC2 Spot or could possibly have a Top 10 Draft Pick if not

When you guys lose Quinn Hughes (and notice I said 'when' not 'if') it won't be because of this, it will be because he's an American and he'll want to play with at least one of his brothers. But it could be worse, as you could be a Devils fan . See, I think that when the Hughes' are UFA's, they will be signed by Vegas – not sure why I just have that feeling.

As a Canucks fan, 75% of the people in the arena are status fans who can afford regular tickets and really don’t care about the team. The other 25% making noise in the arena or the 100% at home watching the games deserve better than another rebuild with Quinn Hughes captaining the team.
