Meh, most of us expected this. Vegas would be more up for this game than the cats. Nothing matters til the playoffs. Now they can go home, lose the 1st game there then win a few.

They can't win a back-to-back this season. Knight wasn't the best but he made so many good saves and let in that bad one it wouldn't have mattered since they only scored one goal.

Should not be tired? The game was less than 24 hours. I felt going in, it was a horrible spot for the Panthers. I was at the game btw. Even though the Panthers lost, I absolutely love going to an NHL game. Haven't been to one in years.
Thank God, that the final two west coast games are in St. Louis and Nashville. I know these guys are tired but man a 4 game west coast road trip split into back to back games? No excuses, but this has been such a brutal schedule.

I will say very physical game, not a lot of rough stuff, but playoff hockey type of feel to it, everybody was finishing their checks and, hitting. You can tell they remember each other from 2023
Eklblads play is just a little bit concerning, because like you alluded to, he looks slow out there, like i'm pretty sure even schmidt is faster than him lol. I mean he missed a while, so it might take a few more games to get going. But man you can see injuries have affected his game. Hopefully he will pull it together
