Bouchard stays. His offensive production, especially on the power play, far outweighs the occasional defensive mistake he makes. Vancouver trade Quinn Hughes? Can't see that happening. He's their best player. The defensive version of Connor McDavid. Vancouver won't decide anything until they resolve the Miller-Petterson problem. They still have a good team. No rebuild. They can be a force, especially if Demko regains his form.
Bouchard has 8 goals this year… tied with the number of teammates he's injured with his shot, and the amount of breakaways he's caused.

Oilers fans are here to demand that the team wins and provides entertainment. Although the GM has the most individual qualification, there is also a very real and powerful phenomenon know as the wisdom of the crowd. Large crowds are collectively smarter than individual experts, and so most Oilers fans know what is best for the team. The Oilers organization should poll the crowd and take that into consideration when making decisions.
The bouch does give up a lot of pucks and turn overs that cause goals. But I think during this playoff race bouch game will pick up. KEEP the boosh bomb.

Keep Bouchard, but don't overpay. Bridge him if needed, but don't sign some 8-year, $11M/per cap hit that Stauffer keeps suggesting! Getting to be the point man on the Oilers' PP really helps pad stats. Just ask Tyson Barrie who is now only paid $1.25/yr.
