Is Ovechkin up to 500 empty netters yet?? Must be getting close! He's limping across the Gretzky line at best, so no, he's nowhere near the best goal scorer ever! Hell, Bossy was better and would have had 1000 without his career ending injury! Ovechkin has just been ungodly selfish and fairly resilient, that's it!

Time to think about what the problems with the Canucks are. Is it JT Miller or Elias Pettersson or could it maybe be Rick Tocchet? I am starting to think Tocchet might be the problem. Is it me or does anyone else feel the same?
Canucks miss Myers more than Oilers miss McDavid.

When Garland takes a stab at Pickard, of course, a scrum ensues. Your best dman is obviously gonna get a stinky glove or two. It's not like he got a totally unprovoked crosscheck to the face. Only Myers does that.
Between Green, Boudreau and Tocchet the Canucks just could not find success. At some point, management and ownership needs to know that it is not the coach that is the problem (though I do have issues with the style that Tocchet wants the team to plays – it snuffs out creativity) but the players. When Perry dumped Hughes on the head and there was no one who went to punch the lights out of Perry, you know the team has lost its will to fight and has collectively quit. The team needs a heart transplant.

that game in deadmonton was the last straw for me, they really need to get rid of that bum, jt miller. when it falls to teddy blueger to try and fight perry, although unsuccessfully, it just goes to show that jt is officially checked out of this team
