I am not a hockey expert. I do know the harm a disruptive individual can cause. I had my head of IT – brilliant and loyal guy – could not control himself. He became a focus for everyone else including that if he can get away with things, they could too. I had to fire him. Very difficult. But the organization became more unified.
JT Miller is like that. It is why he has had problems before. He is no doubt a leader, but not necessarily a team player. There can be only one Captain. Only one coach.

As an Oilers fan, Petterson is a very skilled player but plays with no heart and lacks drive at key times. Will be a good regular season player but not a playoff guy. Miller is a very good player who can play a physical game and go to tough areas to retrieve puck, something i cannot say for petty
