Like Tortorella says, it's a dumb game. The stupid coaches challenge does nothing to enhance the game of hockey. It used to be the referee's sole responsibility to call a game. Hockey is fast paced, but this just slows it down and takes away momentum. Even if the coach challenge gets it wrong (which doesn't seem to happen much), it's still just an arbitrary rule. As a Canadian hockey fan, I'm absolutely convinced I could do a better job. I'm going to assume these dumb rule changes are made by a couple of dumb Americans who dont know the first thing about OUR GAME.

I'm not sure that these offside reviews are really good for the game overall. They kinda kill the flow of the game. No tech review is perfect, but these take way to long.
The Oilers needed this to wake the f*ck up. Yeah and wake up the rest of the team. You can't win even 5% of the games when you trail 3-0. I would have to look up the statistic but I doubt it's even 5%. It doesn't matter if you have 5 McDavids and 5 Draisaitls, it is rarely done. Period.

McDavid – ZERO points😂 but lost puck several times , Knob is a mediocre coach who shuffles players like cards with very questionable results.
If you dont have control off the puck dont screw everyone up, just another mistake just like taking stupid unnecessary penalties you can avoid because it has nothing to do with the play. Thats why Oilers wont win the cup. 2 stupid penalties early plus skinner put Oilers in a hole early like he always does.
It goes against the spirit of the rule. It's supposed to be for egregious off-sides. This was not one of those. This was a great goal.

This should have been a goal, if Makar's Western Conference Final goal was allowed then this is a good goal.
Also, the fact that this would have tied the game and made it rightfully even more entertaining is downright non-sense! That was a good goal, don't care if they called it back. Klingberg's ⛸ was still hovering above the blue line when McDavid handled the puck on the blue line. The NHL needs to change this, it kills all the fun of the game.
