    By accounts, Miller wasn't just intense, he's bat shet crazy intense.

    The 4.7 million OEL buyout, the Boeser new contract. Maybe you can afford those two things.

    Millers contract will be bad in three years, even with the cap increases. Hughes will be making $ 14 million+. The first round pick might be taking a nhl shift.

    NYR fan here. Chytll is more talented than JT. He never got proper ice time or PP opportunities. The concussion concerns are real.

    It's a sad day in Canucksville, as (which happens more and more in recent times), the pouty spoiled kid gets his way if he whines loud enough. God help us if we have to go to war with the children of these times… I guess we're now Rangers fans 😨 … Well, at least they play an up-tempo game that's enjoyable to watch. I have NO IDEA what this is going to do to The Canucks, though. I don't doubt that not only was there a riff between the two C's, but that 1/2 the team was on one or the other's side in this… Where does that leave team unity? And Jeez, THIS was Vancouver's 2nd Line today against Dallas: Heinen, Raty, DiGiuseppe … Yeah, THAT'S gonna win a lot of games in The NHL… Ugh.

    Lets not forget that when we traded for JT, he had never cracked 60pts (56 or 57 i believe), and never more than 22 goals. Sometimes a 3C just needs a chance. Give chytil some time

    Ok so because we immediately traded away our first round draft(conditional) then I guess we essentially we traded Miller, Heinan, Deharnais for Chytil, Pettersson, O'Connor and a depth defenceman Mancini….I'm hearing a few people say we lost this trade but if you look at it collectively(both trades with NY and Pitt) I think we did quite alright. Yes our offence has been downgraded for sure because we lost Miller and basically got back Chytil as a replacement, but our defence surely improved as well. I mean I know I haven't mentioned Branstrom but it's because my thinking is we weren't using him anyways we sent him down to the A, and I'm looking at this through the eyes of the here and now. So I think losing Deharnais(don't even know why we signed him in the first place ugh) and got back Pettersson, our Top 4 sure looks alot better. And going back to losing offence…and if you're like me, who thinks and has confidence that Petey is going to play better now(which he clearly did when Miller took a leave of absence, not coincidental imo) that will mitigate it a lil bit what we lost in terms of offence from losing Miller. So yeah…Miller Deharnais, Heinan for Chytil, Pettersson and O'Connor…yeah I can live with that. Oh and not to mention we had to make this trade anyways no matter what because we weren't going to go anywhere as a team with this Miller Petey thing going on forever.
