Tommy Salo was an above average goaltender until he got mindbroken at the 2002 Olympics. That goal he gave up against Belarus pretty much ended his career
Thanks for the video! Great info, details, and insights! They often seem lopsided, too many eggs in one or two baskets, but C+ seems a bit low. I guess the playoff misses and shortruns lowers their grade.

That generated more top first rounders over a decade than any other team ever finally makes them a top tier team for the past few years.
Jeez @THG do we really have to choose between bad scouting or bad development? It’s honestly both, plus they have been infamous in being reluctant to cycle in what few prospects they have at the NHL level. They are basically the anti-Dallas Stars when it comes to drafting and development…

My favourite Oilers jersey, I have an Evander Kane. Where did you get yours? The numbers on the arm are in the wrong place. Google images of the oilers oil drop retro jersey. The numbers should be on the white stripe.
