There it is again “ we need to be better”. They aren’t going to be better. This team is pure garbage. Fox continues to be an embarrassment.

Peter Laviolette has no answers and no ability to steer this team in the right direction. It’s the same tiring rhetoric— “We need to be better…” What does that even mean anymore? This isn’t a real team, and they’re certainly not a playoff team. If they somehow sneak into the second wild card spot, it would be a waste—taking the place of a more deserving team that just missed the cut.

So many disappointing players. The drop off from last season for EVERYBODY on this roster is beyond explanation.
The effort is AWFUL. Soft, slow, weak…and on top of it all, Shesterkin was not good.

I heard Sam Rosen calling Rangers games during the first gulf war. I was a little dumb kid. Still am that kid. We all are to an extent. We got to make a push and put it all on the line. All hands on deck and each players got to be that guy for the other guy. Match and exceed your teammates intensity so that they will do the same. We can’t let this be Sam’s last season. Lot of the team is going to change. It’s sell out for Sam. It our last chance to do that for him!!!
At least John Gruden takes responsibility after loses. The team’s play should be a reflection on you. Take responsibility for the team and demand everything from them.

I just wish I wasn't a fan of this organization. They are so poorly run and any idiot off the street could do a better job. It is clear that either Laviolette can't coach, or the players have quit on him. Any change at this point regardless of whom you find to replace him would almost certainly be an upgrade. I mean screw it …get Drury to jump behind the bench at this point. Really can't get much worse than 8-2 to the Sabres. A team that has the longest playoff drought of any sports franchise. This is a real low point for us Ranger faithful.

The room is filled with people who constantly make mistakes. 2 min on and K'Andre kills us again to start. I ran out quick to come home to 4-0 and than Trocheck totally blows a D coverage. I'm not an NHL player but I played for a long time pretty sure Trocheck should be in the house and a winger should be up by the D. Housely and his man on man system sux a$$.

Gallant wasn't trying to be your friend and seemed cold to the players but definitely had passion and intensity…something this team is lacking. Geez Lav, break an ipad, bench players who actually deserves it, call players out for bad performances, shake-up line ups, give young players some more opportunity, come'on

Team is awful and has zero purpose. Bench them all and play the JV squad. At least they will show up with some effort

If Rangers lose to Pens today I think Lavi could be history. Sad but true. He has nothing left to turn this team around. If the players are trying to get rid of him, they just may succeed. Half the team should go with him.
Coach Pete comes across as a Dad who has no idea what to do with teenagers who refuse to look for a job, lay around playing video games all day, and at night are starting to steal cars and knock over businesses.
I will say the D stinks? And who is Troucheck? Never heard of him before he came to rangers. As usual Rangers put these players on pedestals. They leave NY and are never heard from again. Like Stephan. Among others
