Edmonton oilers is num 1 personally I’d like to see them get Colton Parayko of St. Louis blues that blue would do wonders for edmonton defense I like Stuart skinner I think he can be a top 5 goalie when he on his game personally these oilers got all the tools to win a Stanley cup I don’t think the goalies is 100 % these oilers problem they give up easy goals I think they got major defence problems that hinder the team constantly the old man players like Perry have done really well as oilers evander kane even tho he a trump supporter he been a good oiler Hyman this year hasn’t been that same dangerous player as he was last year my biggest beef with my oilers would be that captain Connor mcdavid barely shoot the puck when he definitely proven he can be a 70 to 80 goal scorer mcdavid definitely looks capable of getting 50 goals every year like Gretzky did
I feel Conner needs to slow down and hone a few of the skills that he isn't good at . I also feel the other players that are on the ice with him, are needing to focus too much of their attention on Conner (and what he might do with the puck). McDavid doesn't play a basic style of hockey and everyone is constantly trying to predict what he might do next,so they (or him) don't look bad. His dipsey doodley, unexpected manouvers( and far too many passes) should stop.

I’ve watched McDavid play for the last 10 years now and I know something is up he’s way off on how he usually plays. Maybe he’s injured maybe somethings bothering him but it’s strange for sure. It can’t be age he’s still pretty young I don’t know but he’s differently not himself.
Maybe he’s finally realized, that he cannot win Stanley with this team.

In my opinion, you can’t blame McDavid for not being the best in the four nations. He’s not used to no matter when he’s going out there being defended by top NHL defenders and he’s had a lot of stops and starts. He got injured. He got suspended as long as he shows up in the playoffs, I’m fine.
Ovi is a vastly better player
