You do know TRIPPING is an infraction in hockey, and it is not mentioned in the rule about intent. Most trips are accidents, but they are still called trips! Eichel's feet took out Hughes, contact instigated by Eichel's momentum. So, why do you not see this as a penalty? You are 100% incorrect here.

Why would anyone think Sheldon Keefe should coach another pro team?
Red wings fan, that clearly looked like Eichel purposely hockey stopped into the back of hughes' left leg to bump him towards the boards. Watch at .25 speed, eichel waits till the last second to break right when he can perfectly lauch Hughes into the boards. This is the same shit the refs are allowing other teams to do to the Red wings, having allowed teams to take out two of our players, one of which was a no call that led to a 90k fine and 3 game suspense right in front of the ref, and no to mention the obvious no call on saturday. The NHL is doing some shady shit to determine who they want into the playoffs this year. Keep your eyes open and question everything. The NHL is no longer the organization you think it is anymore.
This reminds me of the old feud between the Edmonton Oilers and ref, Don Koharski from the 90s when I was growing up. He never gave the Oilers a fair game.

Wes Macauley should never ref a game that Sheldon Keefe is coaching. Been saying it for years as a Leafs fan. The conflict of interest is obvious. The continuous calls that go against Keefes teams show it. The league has no integrity.
