Veleno Fischer motte Holl Gustafson are all garbage.. legit a wasted roster spot we also need a goaltender .. Cossa ain’t it he’s 2-3 years away … we need tougher faster players .. it’s time for the team to put their big boy pants on and learn how to hit. To many liberals on this team!
Seider was awful on the first goal. As much as I love the guy. He's been off his game lately. Larkin is useless right now….without the PowerPlay and Empty Netter, he's been garbage this season. And looks like he's lost a step. Todd has done a wonderful job dragging this crap roster to a decent standing. If Yzerman stands pat at the deadline then he's really gotta be questioned. What the hell has happened to Raymond since the 4 Nations? Stop the Wings PowerPlay and it's a guaranteed win for the oppostion because 5 on 5 we offer nothing.
Every year this team chokes. Year 6 and nothing changes. Spend your money elsewhere.
We could afford a slide like this if Lalonde hadn't destroyed the first half of the year.
It was a nice run but I knew that 4 Nations break would screw up our chemistry and momentum but damn this hurts

If you go back to about every lose after the break you could probably account every goal was a players fault vs a good play or a good shot from the other team.

Bring danielson up now, you're not playing for the playoffs you're playing for next year and these kids need to get experience. Enough with this old school scotty bowman let's play the veterans crap, that only works when you have talent on the ice, which they don't have enough of. Fisher, motte, and veleno are wasting roster spots, take one of those guys out and bring up danielson, if they get in the playoffs great, more experience for the guys that should be here when you're actually competing, if not oh well, you werent going anywhere with the current roater anyways, and even when ras comes back, I'd still take out another of those three and keep danielson up, let him get experience with the big boys. Berger is wasting his time being put on a 4th line that only sees the ice once every other rotation, put berger kasper and danielson on a line together, this roster is not getting you in the playoffs, so what does it matter?

I've said for years Larkin is paid too much for what he brings. I'm not saying he isn't good, but when his cap hit is near 10M, and last 2 years his cost per point was over 300th in the league… it really says a lot. I guess with cap going up in the next couple years it will help.

Was at the game. We got punked around the ice for 50 minutes before it was too late. Soderblom and Seider were the only guys who wanted to play tonight. Lyon was great too. Top line was a no show. Kane was a liability defensively, and only looking to cherrypick for an offensive rush. Only silver lining is Seider covers up a TON of deficiencies in this team.

Carolina is a good defensive team. We didn't really generate any offensive pressure all game… Tough to beat a team like that. even our PP got smothered. they pressured so hard we had no space even on a 5v4…
Please trade Larkin. This team will never even get close to winning a cup with him as captain

Why aren’t we attacking behind our own net? Every game since 4 nations I’ve noticed both our dmen will stand on either side of our net if the other team has the puck directly behind it and wait. Minnesota scored 2 goals like that and there’s been numerous chances in the Columbus games and even tonight. The Canes were so good cause they didn’t allow us the time and space to make plays, why are we giving that opportunity to our opponents?
Can we teach these guys to use both of their hands on their sticks. I'm tired of watching these guys lose pucks because they're too lazy to use both of their hands and have a stronger stick.
