Marner shot is underrated shooting more =more goals. The leafs had another 2 goal lead and blew it. Too many turnovers in the neutral zone.

The media started the whole "it's Mitch's fault, blame Mitch, Mitch is greedy" and LeafLand merrily followed along their talking points assured, their emotions ramped up. Its been sad to watch, a kid who dreamt about being a Leaf, a kid who may be the absolute best all round talent who's ever worn the jersey, and a fan base who either cant or won't see it. That kind of talent gets compensated anywhere in the league. If they need more cap room push Matthews out the door, hes not a winner and theres no cup in his future.
