If i remember correctly, it was a scenario where they thought that murray was overtaking flower and flower was making $5M/yr and they were up against the cap. It was really a cap dump. I think they also gave vegas a 3rd round pick to take him. Then we later traded Gus to MN for Zucker. So now both Gus and Flower are the Wild goalies with .914 and .904 save % this year.
Dubas needs to keep EK 65, and raks, he needs to keep his top round picks a sign some guys and give the trio another chance at a cup run.

Fleury is still better then The Goalies we have 😭 . Time has come to go back to the Playoffs! I can't believe that this is Fleury's last Season 🥺
I'd love to see a McGroarty – Ponomarev – Koivunen line, up with the big team for a stretch, maybe over the last 10 games or so, to see what they look like up here, and to get them some experience.

I saw Sergei Murasov play in Wheeling on March 1st, he gave up 6 goals and then had an absolute highlight save. The next day my son and I went to our first Pittsburgh penguins game and said that Sergei would have played better.
They had to let number 29 go because of the expansion draft and Matt Murray who was I think 23 years old was coming off back to back Stanley Cup championships and they had to expose a goalie so unfortunately flurry was it and Murray forgot how to play.
Ehh… dude is 25 years old and played 52 games last year with the big guys. I think he's a great in the AHL. He had 2 points in 10 games this year.
