    Kings are a solid team, their scoring issues mainly come down to power play woes. With the talent they have on the top six that can change on a dime plus the powerplay is less important in the playoffs when refs tighten up on the whistle. They can give the oilers trouble in round one especially if they pip them for home ice

    I would rather have Rantanen as a pure rental if he could have taken us to the 2nd round before Kopitar retires. We can trade Danault, Rittich, Burroughs (if Canes think it's not enough, then upgrade to Spence), and our 2025 1st round pick. Why couldn't Blake consider our already narrow playoff window and give it a try before time runs out?
