  1. Hey DK, I could read his lips and that's not all he said. He said ( You Mother F**** need to Wake the F*** Up!!!) Love his fire 🔥 and it woke the TEAM up. But why in the heck can't we go out and play with that intensity every night??? Great Show, Dayton Ohio

  2. Turned it off half way through the second cause they were absolutely lifeless, saw they were coming back but because of superstition I couldn't turn it back on. Ned said what we've all been thinking since they came back from the break

  3. I really liked your episode yesterday. It was the first thing I thought of when I saw this happen. When players on the Penguins stop caring and when apathy creeps into the line-up the culture can shift. At that point we are screwed. I keep hoping that does not happen. I am glad the players on this team still care.

  4. Gotta love it how they can play their rear ends off for 4 Nations, but couldn't be bothered to play for the million(s) dollar salaries.

  5. The team has great leaders that lead by example, look at sid performing to a high level, but I have always felt like the team needs an emotional leader that calls out the team like this at times. It obviously won't solve everything, but is there a young player that the team can try to get to be that emotional lead, does mcgroarty have tha

  6. I love Ned, he plays his heart out every game. I love going to games and seeing him start in net, my favorite Pens goalie this year for sure, Blomqvist is cool, but Ned is awesome

  7. In a season worth forgetting, the two most memorable moments are from Ned. The game he scored a goal and had an assist, and this blow up. Even as just as fan, when he slammed that gate and shouted at the bench I went from a quiet rage to sitting straight up and thinking FINALLY! He has struggled, there is no doubting that, but he has owned that. No one on that bench has owned their part in his struggles, or with their own struggles. If Letang has a flare up, its screaming at the ref as he skates to the box after taking a penalty. I hate to say it, Sid needs to blow up, you can see he's got inner rage, he's frustrated. Its the same with Sullivan, he blows his lid about every call, has meltdowns and than post game interview tries to articulate his thoughts with catch phrases. The Penguins were not good, they were lifeless with the exceptions of a few flurries over the first 30 minutes, they didn't show up. Why are they waiting for Ned to go nucleur? He has one job….stop the puck, not the cheer lead and to be Dr Phill. There's a coach, there's a guy with a big"C" on his chest, and two guys with "A"'s, which at least one of those should be stripped. Now to the good…….the response! Tominsino seems to like to try answer with another big goal. Karlsson finally engaged and showed he is still among the best at what he does when motivated or allowed, maybe he's trying to play himself out of Pittsburgh? What can you say about Malkin, since the break he is surging in the right way. He is skating and creating, he's making the guys with him better, and he's getting rewarded for his play. All year the team had the one headed monster, the second monster may of just showed up. That win last night, said there is some gas left in the tank, it says there is some pride and fire left. I still stand by my comment yesterday, this team needs a lot, including a change of mindset……I've played on my share of teams, and I would of took 19 Neds, he has heart, he has desire, he is motivated cause he's a no body, he's accountable, and he cares and plays for the guy next to him. Tonight Malkin was nothing short of amazing, but the first star should of been Ned.

  8. Ned cares about winning and he fired the team up. I don't blame him for his reaction, sometimes it's ok to let it out than keep it in. They won but the defense has been not very good at times and is still a problem. Thank you DK Awesome

  9. I don't want Ned to start the rest of the season. It's not anything against him; the rest of the season should be about who are players to build around. We need to know if Blomqvist, sorry for spelling, is ready to be a starter. Pickering should play instead of Shea the rest of the way too. We should also see about other young players from the AHL. Bring them up and play them. See who is got the goods and see who needs more time. That and Sids point a game streak is the only reason to play these games.
