  2. Hurt my heart that the Devils couldn't get the win in the shootout but was a great game to watch from both teams

  3. Yea for those unfamiliar it’s called “motivating your players”. In this case head coach Sheldon Keefe is saying to the media “he needs to play better” what you don’t hear is whatever he says TO the player. And then after the player plays better he says “yea well he’s the best”. The missing context here is that Keefe thinks very highly of his goaltender and expects him to play very well. And when he thinks he hadn’t he will let everyone know that his goaltender is not meeting those expectations. Which are to “be the best”
