Management can't pro scout (outside of one team), are unable to create markets for their players at the deadline. All the cap space to weaponize, couldn't even be a broker in trades to accumulate ammo for acquiring a 2C in the off-season. Basically have only their 1st in a weak draft. Shortsighted owners and garbage management. Both can go to hell.
