Well, the Oilers need to start picking points off of every opponent they can to secure home ice in round one. They face the sharks twice more before the end of the regular season, so this should be doable. Only concern is getting healthy. So many players hurt or injured. Hopefully everything good coalesces come playoff time.

I was art the game. I thought the sharks played well for the latter half of the first period and for various parts of the second. The third was definitely a struggle. They couldn't get anything going with the power play and the 6 on 5 which to me, shows how much of a problem they have getting shots and passes from the back end. None of the 6 defenseman that played tonight can move the puck reliably. This team's problems begin and end from the blue line. Doesn't help that Mukhamadullin is out injured. I liked Romanov's game a lot.
Just stay with Pickard lol.

Sharks played well. It was an even match for the most part. The deciding goal was a deflection. Sharks simply lost to a better team.
