  1. Can’t wait til Sorokin next year we have Dominated series but our goaltending always shaky shouldn’t even been a close series I don’t know how our goaltending will withstand Tampa’s offense

  2. Honestly never saw Philly as a cup contender these playoffs. Something about it wasn’t right.

    Isles proved it, thanks boys.
And by now I don’t care who wins the cup or semi-finals I just want to have fun watching them. 🙂

  3. All these crap talking islander fans will be heartbroken in next round. Islanders sucks

  4. Congrats islanders they were to powerful in final game, just goes to show our bench is not that strong mixed with a few main players not in form, still much to improve on next season

  5. karma baby!! Bye bye a hole flyers and especially miskanin who one day will pay for what he did to Crosby and Gallagher

  6. congrats the NYI from a Flyers fan. bitter sweet but Flyers need to continue more changes in the organization and roster. Trotz and his staff just owned AV all series. for the Flyers PP to be so bad for so long, its time for heads to roll.

  7. Have the NY Islanders ever won a Stanley Cup? Now that the Vancouver Canucks have been eliminated, out of the 4 teams remaining, I want a team that has never won the Stanley Cup to win.
I know the Lightning and Stars have won a S.C. before. And I know Las Vegas never have. I'm not sure about the Islanders.

  8. This is what happens when a superior team is told not to lay down. The Isles were by far the better team. They had a commanding 3 games to 1 lead and would have finished this in 5 but the league needed to recoup millions in lost revenue due to this bogus virus. Fortunately, in game 7, both teams were allowed to play to their full potential just like in game 1 when the Isles dominated the Flyers in that one too. I see the remaining series' going 7 and hopefully the best team hoist the cup.

  9. This Islanders team has the most grit of any team left. I think they can beat the Lightning.

  10. Ahhh, Sportsnet: the refuge of a real hockey fan!
I accidentally clicked on an NHL recap the other day…was immediately shown twenty-six replays of an icing in the 1st period. 😒🤦‍♂️

  11. Great series. Congrats to Islander fans, fun to have the Isles back as a force (you know it bugs the crap out of Ranger fans) To my fellow Flyer fans- what do the Flyers need looking forward to next year and beyond?

  12. Flyers were ZERO for 13 on the PP in this series. Isles forechecked great last night and their neutral zone play was superb. Too bad Greiss wasn't in net for game 6, but the end results are the same. Varlamov won't see the ice again as a starter this postseason.

  13. It's ok Flyers fan you guys still threw the Montreal Scarbs into the garbage can. We all hope they stay in there for a long…

  14. Very happy about the outcome
Was a Flyer's fanatic for decades,
Then they had to pull that Millennial Snowflake BS by removing the statue of Kate Smith from the Wells Fargo Center
Singing the same "offensive" song in the same movie was PAUL ROBESON
Last time I checked ,he was very black.
Until the virus hit, I was Uber driving to Princeton.
I saw or heard NO ONE demanding the city & university tear down street signs with his name on them.
    For being a COMMUNIST!
Eventually, millennial snowflakes will be running our lives as the Greatest & Baby Boom Generation fade into history…
    Nevertheless….
So VERY happy the Flyers lost.

  15. I started watching this game, then shut it off. Flyers suck, no idea how they got this far.

  16. One of my true favorite moments in not only Islanders. But, also in hockey history. 🔵🟠🏒🥅
