IMO this makes Roy look really bad. Teams pick players, they picked Duc because Roy wanted someone “on his team”
Duc is not a #1 option he is there to support Barzel and Horvat but because of the injuries and other BS all the lines have no flow. Its been this way all season
Isles won a ton of games without Obson but watch Lou open the checkbook this summer

i thought this signing was good when it happened. this may be a lost season for the team and for him, but i hope he gets his head straight and comes back strong in the fall
His contract is not out of line for a 3rd line player. I think next season they will find a spot for him on the 3rd line and hope he can produce at a secondary level.
