Great win, didn’t think the leafs were gonna win watching that 1st period. I don’t understand the standings leafs up by 4 points on TB,even if they tie in points after 82 games doesn’t the team win because of wins?

I honeslty don't undersrand why Toronto hasn't clinched… even if they lose next 2 and tampa wins next 2, they're both at 104 pts… Toronto swept the season series 4-0 and would still finish with more regulation wins (50 to 48).. Tampa only bests Toronto in GF/Goals Differential and OT losses… these override the former?

Weird. Why do some reporters believe the Leafs need another point to 'clinch' the Atlantic? They have 50 wins & 104 points. Tampa has 46 wins & 100 points. I'm not good at math but that means if the Leafs lose games 81 & 82 in regulation & Tampa wins both of their remaining games, they'll be tied in points at 104. The points tie-breaker is wins I believe & Toronto will still have 50 wins & Tampa will then have 48, so the Atlantic cannot be won by Tampa. Toronto has clinched it already. If I'm mistaken, explain how so.
