The Flyers are not the same wiithout Mr. Snider. Mr. Snider certainly had his long list of short comings, but he was the leader. The Flyers organization does not have any leadership at the top. It's a chicken with its head cutoff.

This organization has let losing seep into its identity. Unfortunately, the roster is full of losers. That's all they know. As a Flyers fan for over 50 years, it breaks my heart to admit it. But it's an absolute fact.
If cam york isn't traded I'm done with this team. Fan since 1985.
Draft Frondell. Take 1 more year of not adding and aim for McKenna/Bjorck. Move off some more pieces.
Should've moved TK last season IMO. Another long term deal that'll hurt down the road when we can't shed cap space to actually help the younger players.

Don’t think The Flyers will be any good next year, but Lehigh Valley is gonna be lit. Might be the deepest squad since the 2005 Phantoms playoff run. In addition to the guys he mentioned, he skipped Ciernik and Murchison as newer additions. And since he included McDonald and Grans, he could have also included Gaucher, Gendron and Samson who all took big jumps. No stars on that team but all 4 lines and the D pairs are gonna be young guys who will be fun to watch. Gonna have to plan some weekend trip.

Take all 7 picks in first two rounds. Get better at development. Bring in new HC who prioritizes development with younger players. Majority of 7 picks will not live up to their draft slot – package them with roster players in future. Keep those who hit gold. Do not treat these draft picks as extra and package them for middle tier players who won't move needle. This team needs 1C, 2C & 1D. Everyone move has to be toward that goal.
I'm an outsider, but the Flyers need to draft a goalie every year until they hit on one.
That's their Achilles heel.

Bringing a coach to teach is easy but the players need to learn: learning how to improve powerplay efficiency; learning how to have leadership in tact; learning to get better on defense; learning to change to be more competitive; learning to sustain winning streaks over losing ones.
Danny does not have a clue, these guys turning PRO have no NHL future. Two years from now these prospects will be no better than Frost, Farabee, York, Drysdale, Andrae, Grans, and Laughton. This team has no talent besides Michkov, TK scored 4 goals in 40 games. The team can't draft or develop players.
