On one hand we hand a retool. On the. other hand we want to make the payoffs And in the middle we have a developed a culture on this team that has many been seen for awhile. How do you thread this needle to make everyone happy and make the best outcome possibles. Keep the culture hot and attract other players to want to join this team? While at the. same time making the playoffs? Yet at the same time some how moving out of the mucky middle? This. is the quintessential problem that the Flames organization has struggled with for ever! Comments?
The season was a failure. Just like the 90’s rebuilding seasons. Gonna be another decade, starting now to rebuild this team. Finnish too high for a draft pick. Never make the playoffs. Should just tank like Edmonton and get 5 # 1’s in a row. Just like Tampa bay. Just like Pittsburgh. Always the fighting flames, torching the future.

Faster is not just skating faster, it's the team moving up the ice together, it's thinking faster, and learning when to move the puck versus carry it
