Oilers look old and slow. WHO woulda thought that letting a bunch of younger players to sign a bunch of older guys with their best years behind them work out. Oiler management have got to be the worst at evaluating talent. Just brutal, and another wasted year of McDavid and Draisaitl.

The oilers goaltending has been bad for 10 yrs 4 Gms didn’t fix it and they refuse to punt the goalie coach who is brutal skinner has no focus on the puck no rebound control can’t seem to anticipate cross crease passes plays to deep in his net and above all has no confidence right now he’s not even a minor league goalie yet the mighty oilers keep playing him heads need to role Connor and Leon are wasting in their prime WHAT A JOKE

If the Oilers "don't have an answer" for the Kings' 5-forward PP, that's a coaching issue.
The Kings’ acquisition of Kuzmenkov and him lighting it up, plus home ice advantage, combined w/ the Oilers’ thin defense and shaky goaltending, all have put Edmonton in a deep hole. They had a chance to steal G1 in LA and it slipped away.
Absent a series-changing blowout win for the Oil in G3 I don’t see this one going beyond five games. They can’t keep the puck out of their net
