  1. Very disappointing effort tonight. Need to get your game face on quickly and win game 6 at home, and show up in Dallas to put everything on the line. No friggin excuses Avs, you have the team to win the Stanley Cup!!!

  2. Hahaha, “a couple of those are preseason calls” yeah? What do you call the 5/6 completely phantom calls in the first 3 games against the Stars? Or the dozens of non calls for interference plays (especially the one that lead directly to a goal!) Didn’t hear the Stars players making excuses then.

    Some captain…

Super impressed Blackwood faced the media after getting the hook for the 3rd. Good on him for owning up to his play, though it’s hard to fault him for most of those.

  3. Blackwood had a tough game and the rest of the team didn't show up to make up the difference. Stars took advantage and had an insane crowd behind em. This series is AWESOME tho

  4. Wha wha wha, cry me a river. The refs didn't lose the game, you did. Quit blaming everyone but yourselves.

  5. Yikes calling out the refs? The played like human waste. Atleast they will get to lose on home ice, won't have to see Dallas fans celebrating in the stands lol.

  6. Without those first two flukey goals this could’ve been a completely different game. Even still the Avs mounted a comeback that was squandered when Malinsky took that penalty. Totally bull shit call for a playoff game but the avs have had those go their way too and we couldn’t capitalize on the power play. Need to play better at home. Avs in 7

  7. Fuck Drouin. If he's not scratched, I'm going to lose my mind. Dude is absolute garbage every single game. I cannot wait until he is not an Av.

  8. Your team has to actually produce on the power plays they are given if you want to call out the refs. Take away Dallas’ power play goal and the avs still lost. When the avs special teams don’t come to play they lose simple as that. Need to be better 5-5

  9. Not the refs fault. Maybe start playing like damn team and figure it out.
It’s crazy to play like you did in game 4 and come out like this 1 game later.. They don’t have it this year, simple as that.

  10. Can't blame refs, can't blame fluke goals. No heart last night. If you can't win two in a row or can't play a full 60 minutes you're not going to make it far in post season. Get it together, boys!

  11. From player salaries & endorsements , club owner’s wallet, merchandising, nhl broadcast licenses, and gambling books; with that much money behind the scene people, is it really that surprising to see the games rigged? Maybe it’s the refs maybe it’s the players or coaches, ultimately it’s about drama, entertainment & capturing your attention which in the end all makes dollars & cents.

  12. Cry about it. Blaming the refs when they haven’t called any of the roughing behind plays against the avs this entire season

  13. Blaming the refs is rich. When one gives up a goal in the first 9 seconds of the game, everything u need to know. This is the playoffs, must show up from the puck drop and for 60 minutes. Which requires insane focus, concentration, and determination. It told me they had none of those attributes. Not a championship team! They, technically, have a chance to turn around this in the next two games. But anybody delusional to believe it can happen??? Unfortunately, i dont. Dallas in 6. Same as last year. All that talent but playing dumb and not focused, these are the results one gets.

  14. Mind you, Dallas, without their two best players. Avs, what a pathetic show – no show i should say

  15. Dallas and AVS even on tallent without Dallas injuries, but dropping this series would be unacceptable for the AVS with their injuries and coaching has to be questioned. PP nonexistent and some lines have been totally absent out there and this is where coaching comes in. Also, Bednars record agains DeBoer in playoffs with the avs proves this point.

  16. Nothing I hate more than seeing MacKinnon blaze down the ice and then 15 feet in front of the net he drops it back and no one is there. Put the puck on the net.

  17. How the does all the refs not call a head cross check on McKinnon and where is player safety and not calling down on it. Are the rest getting paid by Online bedding what they call sometimes it’s a joke.

  18. Haha! Bruh! Your opponents 2 best players are injured, they're missing their top defenseman and they're leading scorer, but YOU'RE STILL LOSING. It must be the ref's fault. LOLOL..

  19. I want to get this straight. The refs gifted the Avs a power play in the last minute of game 3 and these guys are complaining? Give me a break, if they lose this series, it’s not because of the refs, it’s because they squandered golden opportunity after golden opportunity.

  20. Not interested in hearing about refs. The play was terrible. Didnt love the calls either, but the game was decided by bad play

  21. Nah these refs have it out for the avs bullshit fucking callas all series long won’t call obvious penalties but they sure will call penalties that never happened. This is outrageous

  22. Whats so absolutely laughable about this is the penalty minutes assessed are exactly even. Each fan base has a gripe about bad calls/ no calls. It's happening in every series to all teams. Hell game 3 in your building with Landys welcome back celebration and the home crowd electric you got 6…SIX power plays including a 4 minute dbl minor that carried over 3+ minutes into OT and they just didn't convert period!! This is playoff hockey and you know the opponent very well so no damn excuses or crying about calls/no calls, crazy bouces and puck luck. Remember the ridiculous soccer style bicycle kick that went in on Otter?? Don't cry to us about ridiculous bounces….it's how the game goes. You either get over it, respond and bury your opportunities or you don't. So each team has failed to capitalize on opportunities that cost them games now it's onto game 6 to see who answers the call and cashes in on their opportunities.
