  1. Kopitar: "we knew we were going to have to win a game on the road eventually, and no better time than to do it now."
Uh, does Kopi know how home ice advantage works? You have home ice advantage, you don't have to win on the road, you just have to win at home.
    Kings are a beaten team.

  2. Another year where the Kings get eliminated by Edmonton… Simply pathetic effort at home. Smfh 😒 🤦🏻

Kings are missing that Killer Instinct like Edmonton has with McDavid and Draisaitl. They elevate the play of EVERY Oiler player. That team feeds off from the energy those two.

  3. A kings and los angeles fan for 35 years man glad i did not stay up for them and my clippers just knew it looks like that challenge and choking in 3rd doomed us in .we cant beat them i expect a blowout in game 6

  4. Hiller sucks toes at EDM festivals. One more loss, then hopefully we part ways with Blake and Hiller.

  5. I’m an oilers fan but you kings fans don’t have much belief. You guys worked us for several games. This series is not over

  6. I still have faith as a fan. Kings have came back many times when times were dark in the playoffs. Oilers have always been an arrogant organization with weirdo flat city fans, just see game 3 of the 87 playoffs. Hopefully things turn around.

  7. You could clearly see before the game 3 challenge that Hiller said “I don’t care.” Which likely means someone, another coach or a referee, advised him not to challenge – the game was tied and the play had already been examined, albeit for something else. This came amidst the decision to change 3rd period lineups in an attempt to hold the lead, which continued to a lesser extent in the next game.

These decisions have sapped the team’s confidence. I hope I’m wrong.

  8. LAK have ELEVEN players over 30, a few closer to 40. They're getting stripped of pucks (Kopi), and are slowing down in the 2nd and on the heels most of the game. They don't hit. They don't have a forecheck past the first 15 minues. Prediction: They will LOSE AGAIN, next game 4 to 1, and Oilers move on, AGAIN. Between the crime, traffic and sketchy Downtown LA, Kings game are a thing of the past. Not paying to watch them sorta try….when they do lead the game, poof they can't hold it. Not watching game 6.

  9. Oilers fan here… the Oilers are super lucky. excited and pumped to finally be getting healthy just at the right time. Plus, having Kane back is a literal game changer.

  10. If you can't handle the Oilers on their worse day (game 1..series should be over), you ain't gonna handle the Oilers on their best day. Bye bye Kings. The Oilers are just in gear 3. Oilers are a 6 gear, speed machine.

  11. Hiller's changes for the playoffs are the problem is see. You go the entire second half of the season with a formula and change it for the playoffs. The Kings have been good at rolling 4 lines during the regular season. Then in the playoffs, you change everything up. It is still a hockey game, be it regular season or be it playoffs. There is no freaking reason to change for the playoffs!! Do what you did to get there is the first place. Very disappointing. Seems like the coaching staff choked.

  12. Hiller is not a coach. A coach leads in times of desperation, they don’t blame their players, they blame themselves. This guy is a AHL coach, or simply just a good regular season coach. He has no idea how to be in a coaching battle, because thats what a series also is, a battle of coaching. And he lost and lost bad.

  13. Coach sold game 3 and LA played scared game 4&5. Really gut wrenching to watch. Please improve

  14. Watching that game made me sick to my stomach. They’re scared of Edmonton after all those comebacks. Zero confidence in that locker room

  15. "We are a checking team."
Ok so play the checking line minimal again. Even though they have not been out there for goals against. They were good again when they played. They didn't give any chances against in their limited shifts. Here is an idea. Put them out there every time Kane is on the ice. Let them hit him endlessly. After 3-4 shifts of that Kane will do what he always does, take some stupid penalty, maybe even a major. It is not just about execution, it is about strategy, it is about in game adjustment. Edmonton has delivered this type of game to us at least once every playoffs. It is obvious that we still have not come up with a counter for it. It cannot be, this is who we are and we have to execute, it has to be if they throw us this strategy, then we will counter with …! Otherwise you get what we got. Emotion driven from their curve ball thwarting our style of game.

  16. In a perfect world, Hiller just says sorry about the challenge and tells the team to have fun with it at this point, play good ol hockey with nothing to lose. It’s all mental now.

  17. I feel so bad for Kuemper and the Kings! Sadly Kings have a bad coach with no clue how to coach who I actually liked before but after blowing games 3 and 4 and Hillers Arrogant embarrassing comments after game 4 Shame on him for killing this very good Kings team! I said after game 4 FIRE HILLER before game 5 to save the season!!! I guess its 4 years in a row FIRE BLAKE and HILLER NOW!!!!

  18. as a kings fan this series was over after the 3rd game mental mistakes, Q not clearing, challenging when not needed, wasted season again! time to go on vacation pack your bags!

  19. Only playing half of his team in the playoffs with a game every second night?? Nevermind the hilarious challenge, he is absolutely to blame. He doesn’t trust his team!! Flippin played Kempe on D?? Be surprised if ANYONE shows up to their potential for game 6.

  20. If Oilers had Kemper, they easily go all the way….That's my story and im sticking to it. If Oilers win this series, will the Byfield blunder (rather great poke check by Bouchard) for the tying goal in game 4 haunt him for along time? If he just "chips it out" rather than trying to stick handle around Bouchard for another goal, the Kings win and are up 3 – 1. Don't know if Oilers would come back from that?….. Mind you they did comeback from 3 – 0 against the Panthers last year.

  21. The season ended in the 3 period in Game 3. It's too bad they can't concede the series and forfeit the remaining two games. It would save us Kings fans from the pain and suffering of failing to beat the Oilers for four straight years. Heads are gonna roll in management starting at the top.
