    Bring in Malhotra as his assistant coach, and I will be okay with it. Foote for Hughes and the team's defensive strategizing. Malhotra to develop the young players and the team's offensive game—hopefully a hybrid offensive system that blends the strengths of Tochet's strategy with fluent forward motion and puck movement through the middle and offensive zones, as well as pucks on net. Blend the best of the Vegas Golden Knights' defensive game with the best of the Oilers' offensive game.

    Totally agree. As soon as I heard that Foote was named I said exactly the same thing. He’s been made coach to keep Quinn happy
    Not enough experience in my opinion.
