D’un autre côté, les Oilers d’Edmonton ont éliminé les Golden Knights de Vegas avec une victoire 1-0 en prolongation dans le match 5. Kasperi Kapanen est le héros d’Edmonton alors qu’ils se qualifient pour la finale de la Conférence Ouest. Bédard needs good players to play with. Mitch Marner would be a good fit on his wing.
The leafs showed that being paid millions of dollars to play a game doesn't mean that your guaranteed a gut level effort, they look like they could care less, and I believe they could care less. Ka-ching $. There's no guts being spilt, no balls being shown. Nothin !
I did not think. I KNEW THE LEAFS WOULD CAVE IN & COLAPS. LEAF FANS ARE THE WORST FANS IN THE NHL. NO WONDER THEY COLAPS. I WOULD HATE TO PLAY IN TORONTO

Rather Barkley was saying from the point of view of a Canadian team(Edmonton) they’re gonna stick it to ya(the US) for raising tariffs, etc. Though he’s American he was adopting a hyperbolic Canadian point of view as a joke.
Man, the Leafs have been getting cooked today. Just watch MCH, solid 40 minutes of Jackie Redmond straight cooking them to Frank taking that and setting it on fire again. To Tyler's point of "series isn't over quite yet", they got straight ROLLED last night. I know we talk a lot about how momentum doesn't carry from game to game in a playoff series, but I'm not buying it for a minute in this series. And as for Marner, there's no way he stays in Toronto, and he's gonna have to take a bit of a prove-it deal if he really wants to get paid. Nobody's going to give him 14-15 sheets for him to go on a milk carton in the playoffs. If he wants to get paid like he's the man, he needs to be the man.
