   Seems like ponder was backed into a corner. His take was to lose players for assets and get higher pucks. I’m thinking Wolf helps us out while we retool into getting more offence. He’s going to be a really special goalie

   No. The Flames biggest need is elite Center men. You cant win without them and you generally inly get them in the draft. Picking mid round means you arent getting thise center men. If you dont get those players, you'll just be an average, middle of the road team.

   Which is exqctly what theyve been for the last 20+ years.

   Need to draft top 3 at least twice.
