    We need someone who has no association with the bruins. Look at our head office both former bruins and it’s a dumpster fire.

    I'm not wild about Woodcroft. I'd honestly give Nelson from the Hershey Bears a look. Not saying hire him, but he won back to back Calder Cups (before this season) and they just got eliminated, so he should not be available. If we're looking at AHL coaches (Marco Sturm) Nelson should definitely be in that conversation also.

    Love seems like the obvious pick to me, but my guts telling me it’s Woodcroft.

    Woodcroft is such a nothing coach imo, and would only serve as a fall guy at the end of the retool who they can for a more promising coach as soon as they become available.

    they need to break from the family and find a coach that can lead players and get their best from each of them. the players are too pampered and a strong coach should change that. resigning sweeney just makes that option unlikely. the Bruins are not a try out team for the NHL lets bring back a winning formula with a strong coaching team.

    I’d love Woodcroft to get the job. 90% of the Oilers struggles these past few years can be linked to their refusal to have a top 40 goalie in the world on their team

    Maybe Woodcroft could be good, but something rubs me the wrong way woth him. With that being said, Sweeny and management are pretty good at getting excellent coaches (and then firing them lol)

    No clue on these coaches.
    I can only speak to one coach.
    It seems to me, if Sacco was head coach material? We would've heard about it during the interviews that led to Monty.

    That's the only opinion I have on any of these coaches at all.
    I've never been in their locker rooms.

    The best swim coach I have ever met could barely make his way into the swim pool arena

    I think he'd likely drown if he tried swimming 100 meters! Lol!

    Yet he's got the brain of a genius. We had this little wrinkled sick old man, coaching our team (I was assistant and the skills coach)

    Our opponents would look and laugh at the beginning of swim meets

    Until they were sent off to their locker rooms in silence after getting their butts kicked by this old man coach!

    I'm thrilled at the IIHF results. But let's face it, they were up against players who didn't make it to playoffs! Lol!
    Of course Pasta was the best player there!

    And I'm going to pick on this one-
    Jeremy's stats are 1.97gaa? playing against others that didn't make playoffs!

    I still think it was too soon for him..
    He should have stayed in the AHL longer

    Regardless of head coaches and goalies, we need a defensive coach that will coordinate the defense with their goalie maybe?

    they did well picking from Providence and maintaining their system in the past… they should at least consider Mougenel or Whitfield.

    I would like to see Sturm or Woodcroft get it. I believe they are the best choices imho

    Sturm, Woodcraft, Love, Richardson, Sacco, and Leach. NOT Mischa Donskov???
    I really wish Donskov (out of Dallas and Team Canada) was on the list, he's my first choice. This list is tough. Not in favor of Leach and Sacco. They're fine, but, not what I want going forward. Love might be an interest choice, too.
    Shame that Tocchet went to Philly. Loved that choice. I am not knowledgeable enough of Woodcroft.
    Sturm is My next of THIS list. Unless we can wait for the Playoffs to finish (Or Dallas to be bounced!)

    Am i the only one not excited by most of these names? Mitch Love just for the fact hes from outside the org. Most those other guys have ties and not excited about woodcroft at all, he would cave to Sweens whims.

    If Sweeney and Neeley stay Nikita Zadorov will be gone and we will have another AHL team. As long as Jeremy Jacobs owns the team the bruins will suck. Jacobs does not give a shit how the team does as long he he can make money on the overpriced beer and hot dogs.

    Nobody who coached the Bs last year should be considered for head coach, period. Also, can't get too jazzed about any of the mentioned candidates, with possible exception of Sturm .. largely due to his poise as a player.

    I want no part of Sacco, Leach and Woodcroft. Sturm would be okay as an assistant coach, but I am still holding out hope the B's sign Donskov as HC.
