  1. Wish Tocc nothing but success in Philly. I have nothing bad to say for a coach that turn things around in Vancity. I wish he would have stayed but its understandable he went back to Philly. All the best Toccs

  2. Do you notice that any Canadian given the opportunity to move to the US does. "Vancouver is so nice, best city in the world. Canada is soo much better than the US"

  3. Tochett has become a politician, says alot but, has learned the media…hopefully he isn't so indecisive as a coach..vancouver ownership is bs…and tochett cannot shoot himself in the foot….aquilini cares only about his investments…sooner we get new ownership the better, ticket prices up..wins Down…total BS

  4. He shouldn't have been booed when he got here, but he SHOULD get booed when he's here next time because he just handed us all a pile of of Doo Doo….he quit on us the answers we dumb

  5. 0:57 Was Rick Tocchet an idiot for having chosen to become an ex-head coach of the Canucks? Absolutely not because unlike with Marty St. Louis of the Habs, Tocchet too, often, didn’t get support from management on bringing in good player personnel, with only, between the two full seasons during which he was HC, a playoff appearance in the first, but not in the second.

  6. Statements by Tocchet at end of season indicated returning to Canucks. All of a sudden his old teammate Daniel Brière, ends up hiring him. NHL needs to investigate tampering by Brière.

  7. Tocchet is a class act. Wishing him well with Philly. Sometimes a decision can be disappointing for the fans, but at the same time, it may be the best thing for the team. Good luck to Adam Foote as he takes on his new role.

  8. Tocchet was great. One of my favorite Canuck coaches. Dating back to Pat Quinn days 94 Cup run. But….tell us how you really feel? Everyone is great and everything is perfect…but I left. Lolol

  9. Coward. Terrible coach. Just look at his pathetic career record. Good riddance. Enjoy continued mediocrity in Phila, like you gave to Tampa, Arizona and Vancouver. One career playoff series win in 9 years as a coach. Only two playoff appearances. Pathetic.

  10. Great interview Donnie and Rick! A lot of respect for coach Tocchet, and his indepth discussion about Petey, the possible bounceback year, the straight on hockey, the 100 pt guy needing to evolve, it was a tremendous discussion!

  11. Nah, there’s no ill will towards Tochett. I respect the effort he put in, how he engaged the media and I would never boo the guy. I wish him the best in Philly.

  12. Vancouver is simply a hockey graveyard. It's a goalie graveyard and a coach graveyard too.
He was smart to get out.
