The biggest problem with the Kraken is roster construction. That is up to the GM. Until Ron Francis gets canned nothing will change. Forcing the new coach to keep the woman coach is an unfair albatross to Lane Lambert too; he should be free to choose his own assistants. That is a big reason why it took 6 weeks to hire a new coach.
Lane doesn't take the sport seriously enough. Too much of a happy go lucky character
