Oils played horrendous defence for a decent portion of the game. There were so many gaps, losing their man, giving them way too much room when Florida was entering the zone, passing to guys completely covered in the D zone instead of cycling it around the boards and allowing the man to get behind them for the breakaway.
Skinner should have had the save in OT; it definitely wasn't his best game. But he also didn't have enough support from his defencemen. Nurse costs Oils twice with bad passes, putting nothing behind it, and it ends up on a Florida stick. On offence, Oils played well, and Florida did a great job on man coverage all night. If the Oilers want to win, they need to figure out how to defend their zone and net.
But from the bottom of my heart, fuck Bennet. He needs to be investigated by the league. He's clearly trying to injure goalies. And fuck Tkachuk for cheering him on after he tried to injure Skinner.
Bruins fans couldnt be happier for him, hell, all Bruins fans are probably cheering for the Panthers now.

The ball licking and dick riding for the Oilers is sickening. Cats are a better team, without McDavid the Oilers are eliminated in the 1st round. There's so much canadian bias in this final, no one in media is trying to hide it

Marchand is one guy you want on your team.This guy is a competitor and an excellent team player. Florida knows,very well,I might add, to push all the buttons and see what they can get away with. This is playoff hockey. I still believe though,the McDavid factor will not be denied a championship. Great series!!!
As a Bruins fan I was devastated when Marchand left. Sure, I would hate him too if he was playing against me. That's the point. He is an absolute gamer.

As a Bruins fan, I don't mind seeing Marchand having so much success with the Cats, since the B's sure as hell aren't gonna be contending for a long time, so I'd like to see our beloved Rat get another ring before he retires.
