Linesmen were terrible all night. They let the Canucks change twice 25 feet from the bench when the guy came off, let guys hang their leg over bench, let guys hold shaft of stick over bench for minutes all uncalled. They miss the faceoff call and then overturn the goal. Terrible job by the linesmen. They suck
Geordie always had a bad power play. He runs offense from blue line not below the goal line. Players don't move their feet. They stand still and pass. You have to move to move your feet when passing. They don't shoot enough. they don't move feet enough. they need to be quicker with passing and feet moving. It's been an issue for years.
Sourdif had 8 shots and a goal. Kappo did not outplay him. Sourdif made good plays too. He deserved 3rd star. He scored a good goal to go up 3-1. Silovs played excellent and made many quality stop and deserved 2nd star. Ot winner usually gets 1st star. There was nothing wrong with 3 star selection
The ice quality was fine. It was not slushy. Years ago Bojangles had bad ice but they bought a new machine that cost $500,000 years ago, and they've had good ice for the last 8-10 years.
46 is just as bad as the black ref. He's been making bad calls at Bojangles coliseum for years. As soon as I saw 46 on the ice I knew the checkers were about to get robbed. they had a DEI hire and a bad ref paired up, so it's no wonder the officiating was bad. The linesmen were awful too. They let ABB get away with 4 bench minor penalties.
